Join renowned leadership expert, author, and Take the Lead co-founder Gloria Feldt for an interactive workshop built around her 9 Leadership Power Tools— a practical framework designed to help participants recognize their strengths, overcome barriers that may be holding them back, and turn ambition into purposeful action.

Through guided exercises, reflection, discussion, and strategic planning, participants will explore how they use power in their professional and personal livers and learn practical tools for creating opportunities, navigating challenges, and leading with greater confidence and authenticity.

This workshop is open to all who are preparing for their next leadership opportunity or who want to learn actionable strategies that can be used throughout their career (must be ages 18+).

Gloria Feldt is cofounder and president of Take The Lead, a nonprofit organization with the mission of gender parity in leadership across all sectors. Author of five books, her journey took her from teen mom in West Texas to serving as president and CEO of Planned Parenthood Federation of America, the nation’s largest reproductive health, justice, and advocacy organization. before tackling the challenge of solving the pervasive gender disparities in leadership throughout society.

She has been honored as Forbes 50 over 50, Glamour Woman of the Year, National Diversity Leadership Award, and other recognitions.
