We have developed a community-impact-based initiative called STEM Engine, where we have chosen 5 initial domestic regions to focus our programming efforts to have a greater impact. Knowing that each community will likely have different needs, this initiative is structured to work collaboratively with our regional partners to help support the engineering and technical workforce pipeline locally.

to maximize and measure long-term impact
scalable model that adapts to individual community needs
collaborative partnerships with existing organizations/companies
gaps and implement ASME programming where best served
one/two entry point programs and grow organically
We are currently seeking key partners—from other workforce or community organizations, to government, academia, corporates and philanthropic funders—to join us in this work and create an ecosystem-approach so that we can create an accessible pathway along an engineer’s journey.
